| The Faculty of Natural Sciences was established in 1981 with the Departments of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Geography. Three years later, the Department of Biosciences was born and became a part of the faculty. Another addition to the faculty was made in 1999 with the creation of the Department of Computer Science. | The faculty offers various diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programmes. Its undergraduate programmes include B.Sc./B.Sc. (Hons.), B.Sc. (Vocational), B.A. (Hons.). At the postgraduate level, the faculty offers Postgraduate Diplomas, M.Sc.(Physics/Chemistry/Biosciences/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics), M.A., Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A), M.Sc.(Maths) with Computer Science, M. Sc. Tech. Industrial Mathematics with Computer Applications courses. |
